1) Discuss about:
a) What are the motivations and rationale of the decision your group/the government has made and your/its rationale for the decision.
b) What are the alternative decisions that could have been made and the implications of those decisions.
Each group has to take a stand and the arguments used must support their stand.
Rest of the class has to read up on each case study and to question the rationale for the stand taken by the group.
